1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Before Pickup: Customers can cancel their order free of charge before the pickup is scheduled.
  • Cancellation After Pickup: Once the items are picked up, cancellation is not allowed as the service process has already begun.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: If an order is canceled before pickup, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • If there is a service failure or damage to your garments due to our negligence, we will review the case and offer a partial or full refund based on our assessment.
  • No Refunds Will Be Provided For: Items damaged due to pre-existing conditions such as weak fabric, color bleeding, or excessive wear and tear.
  • Services successfully completed as per industry standards.

3. Rewash Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service, we offer a free rewash for eligible items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

4. Refund Process

  •  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days.
