1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation Before Pickup: Customers can cancel their order free of charge before the pickup is scheduled.
- Cancellation After Pickup: Once the items are picked up, cancellation is not allowed as the service process has already begun.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: If an order is canceled before pickup, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- If there is a service failure or damage to your garments due to our negligence, we will review the case and offer a partial or full refund based on our assessment.
- No Refunds Will Be Provided For: Items damaged due to pre-existing conditions such as weak fabric, color bleeding, or excessive wear and tear.
- Services successfully completed as per industry standards.
3. Rewash Policy
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of service, we offer a free rewash for eligible items within 24 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days.
