We reserve the right to refuse service if items are deemed unsafe for cleaning.

2. Order and Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice, full payment must be made at the time of order placement or upon delivery, as per the selected payment method.

3. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery services are available as per our service areas Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details. Any changes should be communicated in advance. In case of a missed pickup or delivery, rescheduling may incur additional charges.

4. Care and Damage Policy

We follow industry best practices to clean your garments and items with utmost care. Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color fading, or pre-existing damage. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence. Compensation, if applicable, will not exceed five times the service cost of the affected item.

5. Lost Items

While we take great care in handling your belongings, Laundry Veda is not responsible for lost items unless negligence is proven. Any missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Compensation for lost items, if applicable, is subject to Laundry Veda’s discretion and will not exceed five times the service cost of the lost item.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled before pickup without any charges. Once the items are picked up, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our discretion within 5-7 business days.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must check their pockets and remove valuables before handing over items. We are not responsible for any lost valuables. Customers should provide accurate instructions for delicate or special-care items.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information as per our Privacy Policy.Your contact details may be used to provide service updates, offers, and promotions unless you opt out.

9. Limitation of Liability

Laundry Veda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid for the service.
